DWP Shares Tips to Cut PIP Approval Times by Up to 20 Days for Faster Decisions
The Department for Work and Pensions says new PIP claimants can speed up approvals by around 20 days by submitting stronger evidence, attending assessments quickly, and applying online. With stricter rules on the way in 2026, the DWP urges people to focus on showing daily life limitations, not just diagnoses, when applying.
